Autofill on Paste Your Text
We’ve introduced an Autofill feature for three popular AI formats: Timeline, Lesson Plan, and Business Card.
When you paste your text into these formats, Piktochart AI detects the structure of your information and automatically fills in the relevant fields.
How It Works:
- Simply copy your data (for example, a list of events for a timeline or contact details for a business card) and paste it into the input field.
- The input placeholder now displays format-specific examples to guide you.
- Your information is instantly organized—no manual entry required!
The Autofill feature means less time spent formatting and more time creating.
Tip: You can delete the autofilled text and insert your own. If you want the autofilled text template, just click the “Use Autofill” button!
Introducing: AI Certificate Format
Whether you’re recognizing achievements, awarding course completions, or celebrating milestones, creating professional certificates has never been easier with our new visual format.
Key Features:

With the new Certificate format powered by AI:
- Select “Certificate” from the AI formats menu.
- Enter recipient details or simply paste relevant text.
- Instantly generate a beautiful certificate that you can further customize with fonts, colors, logos, or backgrounds.

Preserve Images and Tables: Enhanced Content Fidelity
We know how important it is for your visuals to stay true to your original documents. That’s why we’ve enhanced our Preserve Content feature.
What’s Improved?
- When uploading files (like reports or presentations), Piktochart AI now preserves not just text but also images and tables in the generated output.
- Your visuals will better reflect the original structure—including key graphics and data tables.
- Some layout differences may still occur (such as image or table placement), but these can be easily adjusted in the editor.
This update dramatically reduces manual rework—no more re-inserting images or rebuilding tables after conversion!
